Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are your soaps made and where can I purchase?
Our products are made out of our home. We follow stringent sanitary guidelines while making products. Our website is our storefront at present. We are hoping to expand into craft markets as our business grows.
  • What makes your products so special?
The quality of our raw materials! We only use ethically sourced, cruelty-free ingredients to make our hand-crafted, hand-poured products. We are proudly palm free. We invite you to feel and experience the difference.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you live in Elizabethton, TN or the surrounding Tri-Cities area, local pick-up is available. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted via text to arrange pick-up.
  • How are your soaps made?
We're kickin' it old school, baby! We use the old-fashioned cold process method for creating our luxurious soap, which requires each bar to cure for 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Your products look delicious. Can I eat them?
We appreciate the compliment on the beauty of our bars and often joke it is "the forbidden fudge." However, please do not ingest our products; they are not edible.
  • What is the best way to care for my products?
Handmade soaps will last a long time if they are kept dry in between uses. Please allow your soap to drain properly after using. We offer soap savers to help extend the life of your purchase. Please note that our body butters are made with pure oils and contain NO added water. In hot temperatures, your oils may melt but will reharden once cooled. For this reason, our body butters will only be shipped from Fall-Winter. Local pick-up will be available year round.
